Hi there,

Video is the tide that lifts all ships. It boils down complex topics, humanizes businesses, increases reach, and just looks better. Heck, we'd turn this into a video newsletter if it made an ounce of sense to do so.

As we put the bow on our plans for the year, it's clear video should still take center stage in 2024. But not just any video strategy will do—we're facing new challenges, and they call for new tactics...

So wipe those lenses, fix that hair and boot up Premiere Pro. Here are some tips and trends to help you get the camera rolling! 📹

YouTube wrapped 🎁

25 years through Google's eyes 👁️

Not to be outdone on this "wrapped" thing, it figures Google went all out on theirs: They shared their take on the past 25 years, as told through our searches.

Be warned—commenters report crying.

If you had to dry your eyes after Google's video, I probably don't need to reiterate why video deserves your focus ASAP.

If you didn't have to dry your eyes, you clearly didn't watch the video, or turned the music off so as to shield your heart strings. In either case, video has made its point.

✨ Stay super,
